Has completed hundreds of development projects for thousands of participants—from students and unemployed individuals to company employees and management staff of large organizations.
From 2012–2015, served as President of the Management Board of Grupa CARGO Sp. z o.o., which became the inspiration for starting his own company. Since 2016, has successfully run Łętowski Consulting – Training, Consulting, Development, and since 2019 has also co-created the company SMART-YOU, providing accounting and HR services.
After hours, he is involved in local business development as President of the Jaworzno Chamber of Commerce, initiating events connecting entrepreneurs and residents of the region. From 2018–2023, he also sat on the Jaworzno District Labour Market Council.
Privately: husband, father of three daughters, mountain hiking enthusiast, and a loyal supporter of football… of course, in Blue colors.

Aleksandra is a seasoned project team manager, effectively combining substantive knowledge with organizational skills. She has practical experience in OHS in various industries and public procurement law—from both contractor and client perspectives.
At Łętowski Consulting, she leads one of our key Project Teams and is responsible for executing several major projects within the 2021–2027 program period.
Associated with EU projects since the first EU perspective in Poland—since 2004. For nearly 20 years, has successfully managed projects and finances in both the public and private sectors. Specializes in budget planning and supervision, settlement, and ensuring compliance with the guidelines of European funds.
Barbara is an experienced leader whose professionalism and commitment ensure smooth implementation of even the most complex projects. At Łętowski Consulting, she leads one of the Project Teams and manages key projects in the 2021–2027 perspective.

With over 12 years’ experience working with clients and several years in the education sector, Dawid successfully executes training projects for individual, business, and institutional clients. Began his career in the financial sector, developing competencies in client service and acquisition for 8 years, which he now applies to effective management of educational projects.
Since July 2024, serves as Training Department Manager at Łętowski Consulting, together with his team cooperating with over 200 companies, supporting their development through commercial training and help in obtaining funding from the National Training Fund and the Development Services Database.

Connected to the education and training sector since 2011, with uninterrupted experience in sales and training since 2006. Magdalena combines knowledge of sales, marketing, promotion, and recruitment, allowing her to efficiently manage training projects and take care of the company’s image across many areas.
She has managed private school branches and a Teacher Training Centre, constantly sharing knowledge and inspiring others as a teacher and trainer. Works with PR agencies, creating educational and promotional publications.
At Łętowski Consulting, leads the Recruitment and Sales Team, responsible for client contact, service promotion, and training implementation.
